When we were over-billed for four years of steam usage, we hired CES to analyze our usage so that we could settle the bill. Dominick and his team were easy to work with throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and helped reduce our bill by $33,000. I'm confident that his team's recommendations will further reduce our energy use and utility bills for years to come. I highly recommend CES for any energy savings projects.

As the President of a 92 unit pre-war co-op building in Brooklyn we are always looking for ways to curb our operating costs. When the ConEd program was presented to me from the managing agent it was game on. What an opportunity to replace aging lights, save energy and reduce electric bills with little or no cost to the corporation. I chose Consolidate Energy Solutions sight unseen but the references were all positive. Dominick was quick to provide guidance on the application process which went very smoothly and before you knew it samples light fixtures were being delivered to the building. We were not easy. Many samples were installed then polled by shareholders and final choices were provided. Dominick scheduled delivery starting with basement lights followed by hallways and lobby. The work went smoothly in a matter of weeks the entire building was completed and positive feedback was received. I can’t say enough about this amazing program and how the results have far exceeded our expectations. Initially, Dominick presented us with a large catalog of light fixture to choose from. When the selection became overwhelming he was quick to make expert recommendations and guide us through the process. Dominick and his staff of two electricians couldn’t be more accommodating. Con Edison's Green Team recommended that we contact Dominick Posillico of Consolidate Energy to evaluate the potential current rebate and future cost savings by switching to energy-efficient bulbs. After evaluating our facilities' lighting needs, Mr. Posillico presented us with a report that detailed the current rebate and potential savings, but Mr. Posillico's involvement was not limited to the presentation. He made himself available to guide us through the enrollment process, brought us samples of the bulbs that would best suit our environment, and assisted us in submitting the final documentation to Con Edison. The rebate promised by Con Edison arrived within the timeframe promised by Mr. Posillico. I would recommend anyone who is looking to save on their electricity costs who hasn't already invested in the current energy saving lighting technology to contact Mr. Posillico for an evaluation of potential savings.

So far in 2018/19 I’ve upgraded two buildings to the LED systems Dominick suggested, and I will be pushing to convert the rest as quickly as possible. It cannot be overstated how simple Dominick makes everything from start to finish. This project is always a win-win for even the most environmentally-conscious or budget-conscious. The ConEdison rebates were received much quicker than anticipated and the installation was done by professionals who not only got the job done quickly but also were able to work around decades old wiring to ensure the job did not go over-budget.

I really can't say enough good things about this entire Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (MFEEP) experience. We've known for years that there had to be ways to reduce our building's energy consumption, but never followed through with it. This program not only has helped point out numerous areas to improve, but has strongly incentivised, and in most cases completely covered the cost to upgrade. It is comforting to know that we will be putting less unnecessary strain on the grid and the environment and spending less for even better utility services at the same time. The folks at Willdan have been fantastic. They've been helpful and responsive and they have been getting us in touch with the right people like Dominick Posillico from Consolidate Energy Solutions. He has managed the entire building's lighting upgrade better than anybody we've ever worked with. There have been several challenges to overcome throughout this project due to my building's construction and he has been helpful and worked with us to find creative solutions. He has been upfront and responsive with everything. His teams for the installation work have been outstanding as well. They've been prompt, reliable, and respectful. They have worked well with building staff and maintained clean work sites. We're almost complete with the building's common lighting upgrade as well as individual unit lighting and water reducing measures. We look forward to working with everyone in the MFEEP to continue exploring HVAC, elevator, and other energy saving measures.

We got a call from our tenant telling us that the air conditioning was broken. Estimates to replace our HVAC units came in as high as $100,000, and sometimes higher. Consolidate Energy Solutions helped us with everything from selecting a vendor to applying for a rebate. Competing vendors offered us lower rebates or told us we were ineligible. At one point, ConED rescinded our rebate offer. Dominick knew the various rebate programs so well that he was able to argue our case. Throughout the process, Dominick was always available to answer any questions that we had. We just received notice that we will be getting the highest possible incentive payment. I highly recommend this company.
